Mr. U's chemistry class at CJHS is a "hands-on" introductory chemistry

course that explores the realms of measurement, chemical

nomenclature, reaction types, the mole and stoichiometry, gases and

gas laws, atomic structure and the Periodic Table, nuclear

chemistry, acid/bases, and an introduction to organic chemistry.

Mr. U uses labs, exciting demonstrations, class projects, and guest

speakers to energize his students.
