Congratulations to Francesca Kimelman (f.k.a. Hirschfeld), class of '09! Francesca's research in reducing trauma in cartilage injuries has been published and is currently being used in medical symposiums, most recently at a symposium in Montreal. This research was conducted while a student at CJHS!
Congratulations to Josh Warshawsky, class of '08, for being selected as a member of the Clefhangers, Columbia University's premier a capella group. The Clefhangers are known for their international performing tours, along with the enormous diversity represented by the group. Clefhangers was founded in 1988 by a group who wanted to make sure that they were open to individuals of all races and religions, and didn't perform at any time that prevented a member from joining up! |
