On Wednesday evening, CJHS welcomed parents back to school. The evening opened with a reception for parents hosted by Mr. Tony Frank, Head of School. This was followed by a 12 period mock school day during which parents visited classes and met with their student's teachers. The evening allowed teachers to share information about CJHS's curriculum, strengthening the parent-school partnership that is central to the success of the learning process. Thanks to Ela Moskovich, Caroline Musin, Harvey Gross and Ellen Rostker for greeting parents and to Martha Keefe and Michele Agbodza for their administrative support. |

Freshman Family BBQ
More than 100 people gathered for a Freshman Family BBQ on Monday at the home of David, Laurie, Ariel, and Josh Ferri. Students schmoozed, played volleyball, and spent time getting to know each other as parents and administrators mingled in the backyard. The evening was an excellent opportunity to build community and strengthen the bonds of the families in our freshman class. Many thanks to the Ferri family for hosting the barbecue.
